It is a real time database application that controls our client’s trip requests and sends them directly to your dedicated Kranq Courier for immediate response.	Phone your Kranq Courier team directly to inquire about your deliveries in progress. When logged onto the website you can identify the exact courier doing your delivery by name and phone number.	E-mail your Kranq Courier anytime. Your courier team can send and receive e-mail anytime for your convenience.

SAFE + SECURE Our system is web based not software based so there are no security issues. All delivery information entered on the website is stored in our database for later retrieval and use for 7 years (i.e. client reference and searches, cost analysis, and billing). All information is triple backed up for security reasons. Our servers are hosted in a secure data site location with access to two Internet providers as a failsafe.
